Hours of Operation
I see patients by appointment only, during the following hours:
Monday from 10 am to 7 pm
Tuesday through Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm
Friday from 9 am to 2 pm

Initial evaluations last approximately 75 minutes.
Follow-up appointments last up to 20 minutes for medication management or 20-75 minutes for psychotherapy.
Payment for an initial evaluation is due at the time it is scheduled. If an initial evaluation is cancelled by the patient more than 24 business hours* in advance, and not rescheduled, the fee will be refunded. If it is rescheduled, the fee will be applied to the rescheduled evaluation.

Initial evaluations for which a patient no-call/no-shows** will not be rescheduled, and the fee will not be refunded.
*For Monday or post-holiday appointments, this means the same time on the last business day prior to the appointment. For example, an appointment at 3 pm on Monday must be cancelled by 3 pm on Friday.
**no-call/no-show means the patient doesn't inform me by phone or email he or she wishes to cancel prior to the scheduled start time

Fee Schedule
I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and cash. Payment is due at the time of the visit.
Initial evaluation $360
Medication management (less than 20 minutes) $130
Psychotherapy (includes medication management)
20 to 35 minutes $180
35 to 50 minutes $225
50 to 75 minutes $300
If a follow-up appointment is cancelled less than 24 business hours in advance, a fee will be assessed as follows*:
First time - $0
Second - 1/4 of the scheduled fee
Third - 1/2 of the scheduled fee
Fourth and subsequent - Full scheduled fee
*Reasonable accommodation will be made for a missed follow-up appointment.
